At the USI Premises, we offer professionally maintained and technically savvy Conference / Seminars Rooms. You have the option of choosing from the three capacities of 75 pax, 20 pax & 16 pax. There is also a centrally air-conditioned Auditorium with a capacity of 300 pax.

Apartments: These have a drawing-cum-dining room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a wash-cum-ironing room. Room service can be availed of from the Restaurant/Coffee Shop or you can cool a meal yourself. The Roof Top Hut is a Mini Apartment with a Private Terrace.
